Candidate Self-Scheduling (ala Calendly)

Sometimes we interview upwards of 20-30 candidates for the same position. Having appointment slots would allow us to make ourselves available for a block of time, then candidates choose which time works for them. The appointments fill up real-time, so two candidates can't choose the same time.

This functionality is now integrated into Breezy as Scheduling Links.

I would love to have an integration with acuity scheduling software

This is cool. We use Calendly as well, like Hugh suggested, and it works great. We tried using Breezy's scheduling tool but it becomes tough when we're the ones initiating the times. If it were set up like Calendly where we could select available meeting windows (and also block out conflicts from our G Suite calendars), it would only show candidates the windows that we're available to meet, where no conflicts currently exist. This would need to be customizable though, like Calendly, where we can create different types of meetings and set their individual parameters (30 min, 60 min, phone, in-person, video, etc.)

My recruiting process is nearly - nearly - automated now. From application to assessment, to interview. I use calend.ly to have the candidate schedule all interviews. Currently, I have to manually create a second calendar item in order to add the interview guide. So for me, either add an auto calendar function OR allow for an interview guide to be attached to an applicant separate from the calendar option. thx

Jessica: Hi! Mine was posted first and has more upvotes - probably a better idea to keep mine around and delete the duplicate. :)

Michele Salpietra: You're right. Sorry, we though the other was posted earlier, but were mistaken. :D

Use Calendly.com and put your link in the email templates... This is something we use all the time and it works wonders and since there is an easy and great workaround - would be great for Breezy to be able to build something that can't be done so easily. Obviously they get to choose :) but for you right now, I'd suggest Calendly or buttercal

Yes, our biggest need is the inability for candidates double-book spots.
