I have created a custom role for senior management that allows them to view all positions (see screenshot). However, they cannot search for a candidate by name - only candidates for roles they are assigned to show up in the results. I would like anyone who has been given the "View and manage all positions" attribute to also be able to search for candidates across all positions.
