We added a hired candidate report this morning. It does not contain source but that is a good suggestion as an improvement.

hello Nate. This functionality looks essential to me. This is basic information to have a tab presenting which Recruiter has hired the more candidates

A good work-around is to create a Pool of all hired candidates. As soon as you move someone to the Hired stage in the job pipeline, change their Experience Summary Title to indicate the metrics you like to reference at a glance. Add tabs as necessary, and then when the record looks complete, COPY it to the hired pool. Notes, Tags, and Attachments are then copied along with them. Now you have a pool of hired people only, and it is easy now to either export or view reporting for the data you need. This is also an excellent "fishing" pond for passive recruiting of these people and their outreach to friends and associates.

Vicki at IO in ATL: I understand it as a way to avoid the problem, but on the other hand you are losing some useful information. Indeed when you look at the stats of a specific position, you are not able to know how many people have actually been "hired" anymore.

Hello, this report would be very beneficial for our company as well, since we would like to know where to allocate our sponsored dollars and how well our current recruiters are doing.
Thomas Klein
Shannon Brennan: exactly, same for us. This is useful to be able to give big bonuses to the recruiter based on the people they hired!
