I’m trying to send a batch email to all candidates in Breezy. When I select everyone in the Candidates section and click “Email Candidates,” I get the error message:

“One or more selected candidates are missing an email address.”

The issue is that Breezy doesn’t clearly show which candidates are missing an email, and visually scrolling through the list makes it appear that almost everyone does have one. Since an email address is required to apply, this is confusing.

I also don’t want to select candidates in small groups (for example, 10 at a time), send the email, check timestamps, and repeat this process across thousands of candidates. That would be extremely time-consuming and increases the risk of missing clients and candidates.

Do you have a reliable solution? We would like to send batch emails more frequently on this platform and as of now it's too difficult.
