We have our standard offer letter but I have to make 4 versions of it in order to change the approval work flow for different departments. It would be nice to be able to select the offer approval for any offers associated with the Position when I set up the Position.

OR, be able to select the Offer Approval flow each time I set up an offer, instead of being tied to the offer template itself
