First of all I am very happy you added the sms reminder feature, thank you!
However, at the moment Breezy only supports one universal SMS reminder template and one global reminder time across all scheduled interviews. This creates limitations for teams that manage multiple scheduling links for different roles or departments.
For example, caregiver interviews, office staff interviews, and sales interviews may require different reminder wording and different lead times. Having every candidate receive the same generic message and timing can cause confusion and doesn’t provide the best candidate experience.
Suggested enhancement:
• In the Scheduling Link settings, add the ability to select an SMS template specific to that link.
• Allow customization of the reminder send time within each scheduling link.
• (optional feature) If no custom settings are chosen, the system could default to the universal template and timing.
This would give recruiters more flexibility, improve clarity for candidates, and help agencies like ours provide a more professional, tailored experience.
