• Allow users to create and select custom email reminder templates for each scheduling link.

• Add the ability to set the reminder send time (e.g., 24 hours before, 2 hours before, etc.) within each scheduling link.

• Default to the current automatic reminder if no custom template is chosen.

This would help teams send role-specific reminders, reduce candidate confusion, and ensure a more professional candidate experience that aligns with each position’s needs.
