Yes, this would be especially helpful for less frequent users like hiring managers for departments that only hire occasionally. We want our hiring managers to be able to move someone from one stage to the next, but they're often scared to trigger an automation they don't know is there since they don't have a strong of familiarity with the platform as our recruiting team.

It's bad UX to:

1) move a candidate to a stage without any visibility into whether that's going to trigger something

2) in order to get visibility into that, you have to leave the page entirely.
