The Position View List currently shows location at a basic level, but there isn’t a dedicated column for country. Adding a “Country” column—and a filter for it—would make this information visible, reportable, and easily sortable without relying on manipulating other fields. This is especially helpful for teams that hire in multiple countries, not just the United States.
