Barry Williams: the signer not necessary have to be the manager or under the role, as long as they have breezy HR Account - e.g, HR Director is not part of a role but they need to sign the offer before sending out the offer to cdd. please kindly check and review

grace ye: That Manager text is just a placeholder label from the template. It does not restrict the selection to specific people, it just tells you what the intent was from the template.

Barry Williams: hi Barry. I don’t think so. When I try to key in someone is not part of the hiring process of the role. I can’t not add them in the the offer signature process

with eSignature Templates you could set the signing order to have the Hiring Manager sign first, requesting that this feature is added to the new Electronic Documents that are replacing Offer Letters and eSignature Templates

Agreed! I don't think the features should be switched until this is rectified, as it causes a lot of problems with the legal documents sent using this function.

Please - and have the ability to template the signers emails or let you @ mention users instead of putting the email in each time like an animal (ha!)
