Ability to reorder dropdown responses on custom fields

Since this is being used for a department list that’s 185+ items long, it would be helpful if we could add new departments directly in the right spot—rather than only adding them at the end or having to reorder the entire list.

This also shows up on questionnaires. We ask candidates what industries they've worked in previously. If we add one new industry, we have to:
-Delete the whole list.
-MANUALLY RE-TYPE the whole list for that
 questionnaire.
-Do the same thing for EVERY questionnaire in which the question appears.
This is painful. It would be amazing
 to add the item at the bottom, then drag it into the correct list position.
