Currently, the Applicant Insight feature is only able to parse the experience section of a resume, which leaves out key information in the resume and renders the feature useless for criteria such as candidate GPA.

A requested feature is the ability of the AI tool to parse the entire document so the Applicant Insight feature returns accurate results. For example, currently Applicant Insight says GPA isn't listed for all our undergrad candidates when their GPA is very clearly listed.

Thank you for your consideration. The ability to parse the whole resume feels like a baseline capability for an Applicant Insight feature.
