Ability to add Tags and open profile from The Applicants List page

It would be great if we were able to add tags to a candidates profile as we are sorting through resumes on the Applicants list page. Additionally, the ability to open a candidate's profile in another tab from this page. Thanks!

Additional Feedback from another client: It would be great if users could add tags, notes, or team discussion items directly from the Applicant List view without having to access the full candidate profile.

Yes! It would be much easier to be able to add notes/tags/etc. from the applicant review tab. It's really only useful for disq folks as is.

Totally agree! we are cleaning our complete database at the moment with the TAG system to organize it better, and this has been making it very complicated.
