Currently I can filter candidates whose resume/profile includes keywords. I would also like to be able to filter candidates whose resume/profile excludes keywords. e.g. to have a filter for "does NOT include React".

Please give the search function from the req Boolean logic. If not that, at least make it function with more than one word. Adding multiple words, even in quotes gives inaccurate results.
