Barry Williams: I have a pro plan and can create custom permissions, but Breezy is set up so that only Admins can search for any candidate in the search bar. This requires me to make everyone on our HR team an admin, which isn't ideal. See screenshot for how I've set up a power user, with all permissions except creating and editing User Preferences.

Clayton Glasco: Thank you for the additional context. I will talk to development about how difficult this is to add as a custom role permission and see if we can add it to the roadmap.
