Would be great to have a stage action that would move a candidate to a different stage in the pipeline based on if they have completed an offer or not.

This has been deployed into production. You add a stage trigger to the e-doc and once signed the candidate will move to the stage selected.

Agreed. For example, I could send an offer letter, allowing them time to make this decision. Communicating a more loose timeline.

Then, if they could move after signing, this would trigger stage actions in the new stage to begin the onboarding process.

Yes please, this feature will save labor to go through the signed status especially when you hire many people and it also will solve the problem that manual check delays work.

Yes please, this feature would be very useful! I keep candidates in the "make offer" stage when I send a contract and moved them to "hired" once they have sign the contract.

In the "hired" stage there are stage actions assigned. Would be great if I could completely automate the process from the moment a contract is sent, as I find myself having to remember to check if the candidate has signed a contract to move them.
