Would be nice to add a feature to send out e-signature requests automatically and once a candidate submits they will move into a particular stage on the pipeline that is selected.

We now have functionality where you can move candidates to a new stage automatically once they sign a document. We do not have a current plan to automatically send documents for esignature though.

Automated esignatures would be very helpful to send out ones moved in the pipeline.

we are moving the e-signature integration from Hello sign to another vendor with better capabilities which will allow us to do more automation like this. We expect that to be completed some time in Feb or early March at this time as its a complex feature

Barry Williams: Hi, is there any update? We're really keen to automate the e-sign capability so candidates can sign an NDA

Luke Stone: We had to shift vendors for our e-signature process but that is being tested now. Once that is live (2-3 weeks) we will be able to enhance it more easily to add automated stage actions which was not possible with the previous vendor.

Barry Williams: When will this be moved over, originally it said feb or march, we're in june and no update on this :)

Jackie Garner: The integration with the new vendor took much more effort than we originally estimated. The go live for the new version is scheduled for next Wed which will allow multiple signers on offers and follow a similar workflow for e-signatures and offer documents along with other improvements to visibility and management of the signing process. Once that is live we will work on automation of stage actions. I apologize for the delay, this feature is highly complex with many workflows and has been a bit of a bear to get out the door.

This feature request is several years old at this point, is this ever going to be done? This is not a difficult feature to code.

If there is no plan to release this ability in the near future we will likely move to a 3rd party digital document service and downgrade or eliminate Breezy entirely.

That would be VERY beneficial! I would love to see the enhancement where I could add the e-signature template as part of a pipeline stage.
