A quick correction. The Disposition option is also available on the global candidate list view. It will show it across all positions if you are an admin. Sorry about the confusion!

Hi everyone, happy to let you all know this functionality is now live. You will see additional column options for Disposition Date and Reason. Please note these are only visible in the candidate list view inside each position. The columns are not visible in the global candidate list view across all positions.
