Allow multiple score cards per candidate, in stages

It would be great to allow different score cards to be used by stage. Use case:
Feedback stage: Rate resume, assigned to multiple reviewers.
Written test stage: Rate written test
Interview stage: Rate interview. 
Reviewers only need to see the scorecard for what they are evaluating at that stage. 
Right now you have to pile all phases into one score card.

Multiple scorecard per candidate per pool are definitely needed!

We need multiple scorecards in the SAME pool as candidates are often evaluated based on different criteria sets.

Can we please add that we are able to share a scorecard to somebody who is actually not on the hiring team. I often have technical interviews and other staff involved that are interviewing but are not formally member of the hiring team on a position.
